01
How soon should I book my hair and makeup preview/ trial run?
You can book your hair and makeup trial at any time; however, we don’t recommend more than one year prior to the wedding. Once you submit your Booking Deposit, you have until five months prior to your wedding to have your trial run.
02
Where does the trial take place and how long will it take?
We come to you! As long as your service will be at a location that is no more than an hour. A hair and makeup trial run typically takes two hours. A bit more if you want a second look. For one service, an hour to an hour and a half.
03
Will I have the same artists for the trial and wedding?
YES!! However, we do make provisions in the case of stylist extreme sickness or hospital emergencies. Because of our large team with plenty of backup, you would never be left without a stylist for your wedding day. Your preview photos would be shared with the new artist who will execute your wedding day look with ease!
04
What information do I need to book your services?
Your exact number of hair and makeup services is needed for your final contract booking along with your preview/trial, ceremony and ready location so the travel fee can be calculated and included. After contract is signed, deletions of services is not permitted as your team is assembled and reserved based on those contracted number of services. Your team is taken off our calendar an no longer is scheduled for or accepts other weddings. Additions can be made on a case-by-case basis up to three weeks prior.
05
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Card, Venmo and Zelle. Checks are not accepted.
06
What is the deposit and who makes the payment?
All payments must be paid and a contract signed by the bride. If you have someone else who wants to pay, that can be arranged, but please inform us. You can place a Booking Deposit to temporarily hold your date. A trial run is required at least five months before your wedding date. Within 48 hours following the trial, you must submit a 50% deposit of the total amount due for the wedding day, along with a signed contract, to maintain the reservation of your date. If the contract is not signed and the deposit is not paid within this period, your wedding date will be made available for other bookings. If you choose not to have a trial run, a $300 deposit is required to secure your date. You will then have 30 days from the date of this deposit to finalize your wedding party count, sign a contract, and pay a 50% deposit to continue holding your date. Final balance is due 30 days.
07
Can I choose which artist I want for my wedding?
You are not able to choose a specific stylist; however, we train all of our stylists on our signature style of hair and makeup and they are all equal in talent and experience. We hire, train and vet all 30-plus stylists on our team. Maintaining individual IG accounts and stylist portfolios isn't something we can maintain or manage. We cannot control stylist's own branding which may not always match our own. In addition, we cannot schedule our team members based on client preference as they don't only work for us, but schedule their own individual weddings with dates already committed—this makes it impossible for us to stay organized with clear availability goals.
You can view our Instagram and website gallery, to get a sense of our overall aesthetic.

How long will the services take on my wedding day?
Typically a party will take four to five hours from start to finishing touch ups. Smaller parties for only the bride and one or two others will be shorter. Approximately 4-6 weeks before the wedding, you’ll receive a final timeline showing when the artists will arrive and when they’ll finish.
