Cancellation Policy

The $100 fee reserves your spot in our owner's consultation calendar. If Zoom chat is rescheduled with 24 hour notice the fee can be transferred one more time. ONLY ONE RESCHEDULE IS ALLOWED. If 24 hours is not given for cancellation or reschedule, fee is not refundable.
